Delicious BBQ Wedges and Salad

Serves- 2 people       |   Prep Time – 3/4 mins      |       Cook time (wedges) – 20 mins

Ingredients: (POTATO WEDGES)

  • Potatoes 10 (you can use less – I’m just greedy)
  • Hummus
  • BBQ Powder (any brand you like)

Ingredients: (SALAD)

  • Spinach – 1 bag (200grams)
  • 2 regular tomatoes
  • Red onion (only a few slices)
  • Hummus (whatever kind you like)
  • Olives (optional)

Directions – :

  1. Peel the potatoes, slice them into small wedges
  2. Boil potatoes for 3-4 mins
  3. Once boiled, spread wedges on baking tray, add spices (I used BBQ powder, any brand will do)
  4. Oven potatoes for 25mins

 SALAD

  1. Place chopped spinach, chopped red onion and chopped tomato in a bowl
  2. Drizzle Olive Oil, Chopped Red Onion, Mustard and Tomato
  3. A pinch of salt to taste
  4. Mix all together and serve up with wedges!
