PREPERATION TIME: 10 mins
- Cacao – 2-2.5 tbsp
- 10 dates – preferably soaked for softness
- 1 Cup almond meal (blended almonds)
- Desiccated coconut
- Blend the dates, cacao, and almond meal together.
- Roll them into balls
- Roll each ball in the desiccated coconut.
I topped them with cacao nibs (optional)
