Olive, Mushroom Pizza

Serves- 2-4 people       |   Prep Time – 3/4 mins      |       Cook time (wedges) – 12 mins

Ingredients: (POTATO WEDGES)

  • Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • Mushrooms
  • Olives
  • Tomatoes
  • Green & Red Bell Pepper
  • Herbs (any kind you like)
  • Nutritonal Yeast (optional)
  • Vegan Cheese (optional)

Directions – :

  1. Chop the mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers into thin slices
  2. Place tomatoes as a base, followed by mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers
  3. Place the olives on the top of the pizza
  4. Add optional vegan cheese and sprinkle nutritional yeast (OPTIONAL)
  5. Oven for 10-12 mins
