- Raw buckwheat groats – 3 cups
- Maple syrup – to taste
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Cup Maple Syrup
Directions – :
- Soak the buckwheat groats overnight for 12 hours or so
- In the morning, put the buckwheat groats in the blender, along with the maple syrup and a blender
- Allow the mixture to turn creamy and smooth.
Finish with your favourite toppings. I topped mine with strawberries, cherries and goji berries.
