Easy Buckwheat Porridge

Serves- 2 people       |   Prep Time – 12 hours      |       Cook time – 0 mins


  • Raw buckwheat groats – 3 cups
  • Maple syrup – to taste
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp.  salt
  • 1 Cup Maple Syrup

Directions – :

  • Soak the buckwheat groats overnight for 12 hours or so
  • In the morning, put the buckwheat groats in the blender, along with the maple syrup and a blender
  • Allow the mixture to turn creamy and smooth.


Finish with your favourite toppings. I topped mine with strawberries, cherries and goji berries.
