- 3 Carrot
- 5 Potatoes
- Handful of Mushrooms
- 1 Medium onion
- Pinch of Cumin
- Pinch of Curry
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of Parsley
- Pinch of Coriander
- A few sprinkles of garlic (depends how much you like)
- Pinch of Thyme
1.) Chop the vegetables and boil them until they are 3/4 cooked.
2.) Place vegetables on an oven dish and season with all seasoning.
3). Once boiled, take vegetables off the stove and wrap them up in pastry!

4). Place in the oven on 180 Degrees for 25mins and keep watching. If you need more OR less time – adjust accordingly.
